Tomah VA Medical Center Partners with Monroe County Health Department.  Open to the Public. Bring appropriate ID or insurance information.  You are able to stay in your car.  Dress appropriately so your upper arm can be exposed.  Enter VA Medical Center on 2nd Street and follow the signs.
