Holiday Love Light - Tree Lighting Ceremony - Tomah Health

We invite you to join us for our Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to remember a special friend, relative, or loved one.  Give a true gift of love, with a Hospice Love Light donation to remember a special friend, relative or loved one who is no longer with us.  Donate by Nov. 28^th, 2025, to be included in the ceremony.  Return donation form, along with your check (payable to Hospice Touch) to 601 Straw Street, Tomah, WI 54660.  Donors can upload or bring a loved one’s photo with this form to Hospice Touch so the photo can be included in the ceremony presentation.
