Grounds Maintenance Attendant- 3 Locations (Part time)

Pay: $10.36 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Responsibilities:
- Must be dependable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, and snow removal to ensure the upkeep of the grounds.
- Maintains uniform, personal hygiene, and personal appearance
- Cleans restrooms and restocks products
- Picks up litter & sweeps floors, parking lots and sidewalks.
- Washes walls, ceilings, windows, sills & door panels
- Empties garbage cans, collects and sorts recyclables
- Communicates with Lead worker and Project Manager on any work-related problems.
