Part-Time Property Maintenance Man/Handyman - Freedom Village Apartments

We are looking for a part-time maintenance person/handyman for our 32 unit- apartment complex in Tomah, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to): Tenant Work Orders, Assist in Apartment Turnovers, General & Preventative Maintenance/Repairs to ensure the property is in good condition. Minor electrical, plumbing, heating and appliance repair. Minor Painting, Minor Grounds Works, such as lawn mowing, weed whacking, brush trimming and some shoveling/salting of walkways as needed. Also, the ability to receive calls/texts from tenants on the rare occasion when an emergency arises.

Applicant must be reliable, self-motivated and have the drive to work independently with little supervision.

Applicant must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, tools a reliable phone with good cell service and have the capability to send/receive text messages. Applicant also agrees to a background check.
