Full-time Member Service Representative III - Sparta
1st CCU is accepting applications for a Member Service Representative (MSR) to work in our Sparta office. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position. 1st CCU is accepting applications for a full-time MSR III. As an MSR III you are responsible for opening and servicing a variety of accounts, including personal savings and checking, business accounts, trust and estate accounts, representative payee, guardian, and custodial accounts, and IRS accounts. Also handles decedent accounts, educates members about credit union products and services, and supports and guides other MSRs as needed. Answers member inquiries and resolves issues with professionalism and care. Maintains confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. 2 years of financial experience and proven sales experience required.
