Part-Time Credit Resolution Specialist I - Sparta office
1st Community Credit Union is currently looking to fill a part-time (25 hrs/wk) Credit Resolution Specialist I position in our Sparta Office. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about member service and interested in supporting financial well-being of our members through effective resolution of credit issues. The Credit Resolution Specialist I plays a key role in assisting with delinquency management, account reconciliation, and providing support in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Responsible for contacting members regarding past-due accounts and working to resolve the delinquencies, maintains detailed records of communication and outcomes, prepares and issues notices in accordance with state regulations and credit union policies and procedures. Successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organized with strong attention to detail, can effectively manage multiple tasks, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and high level of professionalism. High school diploma required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid WI driver's license required.
