Office Assistant

RHI is in Tomah, with its corporate office in Utah. RHI provides construction services to various government agencies, including the Tomah VA Medical Center, Fort McCoy and Volk Field, and to the State of Wisconsin.  Duties include but are not limited to:  -Assist with Bidding, securing quotes from subcontractors and suppliers-Daily or weekly reports for projects-Managing and tracking submittals to the government-Logging Invoices to be paid for each project and sent to accounting-Maintaining job folders
