The Tomah Area School District has the following vacancy beginning in the 2025-2026 school year:
Elementary School Library Media Teacher
at LaGrange/Warrens/Camp Douglas/Oakdale Elementary Schools
The Tomah School District is seeking an innovative educator who can work collaboratively with colleagues, develop positive relationships with students and parents, and build partnerships with the community.
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to work under the direction of the District’s Library Media Specialist.
Experience working with elementary school students (Grades K-5).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers.
Experience in assisting teachers with use of technology – using LCD projectors or computer programs, locating websites, etc.
This position requires extensive reading of children’s books.
This position includes assignments at a number of elementary buildings so travel is required.
This is a full-time position starting with the 2025-26 school year. Co-curricular coaching and advisor positions are available.
Qualifications: Must have, or must receive prior to the first day of work, appropriate licensure for the position as determined by state law and the District.
