In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and instructing students who face challenges in academic promotion, graduation and the transition from school to a career. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the individuals we serve.  


Position Overview- Key Responsibilities:

  • Implements the JAG curriculum to help students acquire specific competencies.
  • Recruits students directly and secure referrals from school personnel, the Advisory Committee, and parents.
  • Creates and implements career development plans tailored to each enrolled student.
  • Develops and implements individual intervention strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid WI teaching license or be willing to work towards licensure
  • Experience developing curriculum & working in the education field 
  • Maintain active driver license and insurability
  • Be resourceful, independent and consider yourself to be a driven individual
  • A genuine commitment to helping others succeed
