#952- Technology Data and Support Specialist- Tier 3: M-F, 7:00am - 4:00pm (8 hrs/day) 12 month position
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must demonstrate technological skill set
- Must demonstrate technological troubleshooting skill set
- Must demonstrate ability to effectively train end users
- Must have a current Wisconsin driver’s license
- Preferred candidates will possess a minimum of a two-year degree.
COMPENSATION: Wage and benefits will be in accordance with District procedures.
DUTIES:
The Technology Data and Support Specialist – Tier 3 will provide data management, quality, and support for applications used throughout the District. Reports to the Director of Technology.
- Manage accounts for applications/services used throughout the District.
- Provide support for applications/services used throughout the District.
- Provide setup/configuration/support for devices used throughout the District.
- Manage data (import and export) for applications/services used throughout the District.
- Perform data quality audits for services used throughout the District.
- Provide support for the Technology Department as needed.
