#827- Full Time PM Custodial Floater: M–F, 3:00pm-11:30pm (8 hrs./day) year-round

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate must pass the District's Custodial Test and Functional Capacity Test. Must possess the necessary interpersonal skills to deal courteously, cooperatively, and effectively with students, teachers, co-workers, administrators, and the public. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. A High School Diploma, in addition to knowledge of standard cleaning methods, equipment and procedures is preferred.  Able to stand, walk, and bend for many hours and perform repetitive motions regularly. An ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time to ensure district facilities are properly maintained is required.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
COMPENSATION: Wage will comply with the employee handbook for the time worked. The position is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm (8 hrs./day) year-round position.
 
DUTIES (may include but not limited to the following)
      - Cross training to clean high school, middle school, and elementary buildings to fill in when employees are absent.
      - Keep building and property in clean and orderly condition.
      - Perform routine maintenance activities.
      - Perform heavy cleaning duties when necessary.
      - Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors.
      - Follow proper procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to the facility.
      - Gathers and empties trash.
      - Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom and locker room facilities.
      -  Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment.
      - Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers.
      - Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture.
      - Takes responsibility for ensuring the building is secure and safe.
      -  Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor
